Please attend a new FREE support group for family members who have a loved one struggling with alcohol & substance abuse (as well as mental health issues) in Park City.
It’s run through USARA (Utah Support Advocates for Recovery Awareness) and is called CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training), based on the book, Get Your Loved One Sober by Robert J. Meyers, PhD. and Brenda L. Wolfe, PhD.  Group members are given the book & workbook for discussion topics.  People can attend anytime and review any discussion topics that they might have missed.
DISCUSSION TOPICS WILL INCLUDE:
– Motivation: Setting positive goals
– Discussion of Family Dynamics: Identifying triggers and motivators
– Communication Training: Developing positive communication techniques
– Helping the loved one enter treatment services and engage in recovery –
discussion of efective methods and available resources.
Meetings are held each Monday from 6:00-7:30PM at Park City Hospital.
For questions, please contact Rebecka at 435-513-1542.

This is a fantastic group. I can’t recommend this enough. I help facilitate a group in Salt Lake, and I can tell you from experience that it’s life-changing. The women facilitating this group are amazing, they’re kind an caring. Thank you for all you do for Park City.
