Planning for Post-Secondary Education: For Students with 504 Plans and IEPs  

Navigating the transition from high school to college can be intimidating, especially for students with 504 Plans and IEPs. Beginning this process early is important and this presentation for students (9-12) and parents includes: 

  • What happens to my IEP or 504 Plan when I get to college? 
  • Preparing for the college admissions process 
  • Researching schools and student service programs 
  • Succeeding on campus 

A panel of students, parents & experts from PCSD, University of Utah, Salt Lake Community College, Utah Parent Center, among other institutions, will follow the presentation. Vendors will be on-hand with additional information and resources.
