Creating CONNECTion: Virtual Book/Media Club “Lost Connections”
May 26 @ 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm MDT
In this virtual book/media club we’ll be exploring the themes of Johann Hari’s book, “Lost Connections” a book that uncovers the real causes of depression and anxiety so that we can start looking at new solutions and create real hope in the conversation and treatment of mental health.
Specifically, at this discussion on May 26, we will talk about the book, “Lost Connections” share our experiences of reading it, what stood out, how this shifts the awareness around mental health, and explore where in our lives we can take action.
You may check-out a copy of the physical book from one of our Libary partners, check out the book through Summit County Library in digital format, or pick up a copy at Dolly’s Bookstore on Main Street – all are offering curbside pickup! You may also listen to the book via Audible or download it on your e-reader. Cost is free but registration is required.
