SUMMIT COUNTY, UTAH – September 13, 2021 – You may remember CONNECT Summit County’s Part of Our Nature Campaign that launched last year. Local animal friends shared with us that changes in our mental health are just “part of our nature,” and that’s okay! Founded by Vail Resorts Chief Executive Officer Rob Katz and his wife Elana Amsterdam, the Part of Our Nature awareness campaign aims to normalize the topic of mental health, reduce stigma, and encourage people to reach out and access resources when needed.

CONNECT Summit County is excited to be one of several organizations chosen for the exciting opportunity to share an art piece inspired by this mental health awareness campaign at the new Bonanza Art Park! Hosted by the Arts Council and Park City, the Bonanza Art Park will be a community gathering space featuring art from local artists and artist teams. Located at 1635 Bonanza Drive, Park City, this will be a temporary art installation, so be sure to check it out next time you’re in the area!

If you or someone you know needs mental health support, please reach out for help today. Call or text (435) 776-HELP (4357) or email [email protected] CONNECT is proud to be in partnership with local sponsors Newport Academy and HealthyU.
